At SAV, the main recruitment channel for brilliant new graduates consists of a period of internship, linked to specific projects to be realised in different company departments within a dynamic and challenging context.
The internship provides actual on-the-job experience with the possibility to achieve important results. Thanks to the support of the corporate tutor, the intern shall have the opportunity to collaborate in the management of a project, become familiar with the company dynamics and interact with management.
