Rubber and metal stroke end anti-vibration dumpers
We develop and produce different types of anti-vibration dumpers and dumpers for industrial vehicles using compounds produced according to the utilisation requirements of our customers.
Rubber and metal dumpers are used in vehicle suspension systems, so as to facilitate progressive stiffening under an increasing load.

TP type stroke end dumpers
The āTPā type stroke end dumpers consist of a shaped and vulcanised rubber part and a metal plate suitably treated for rubber-metal adhesion. The shape and type of the compounds are designed to meet the customer’s specifications. The stiffening is gradual and the final buffering is effective without being to brusque.
Our industrial vehicle dumpers can also be used as supports for instruments or machines that need to be positioned on the floor.
In this case we recommend you send us a diagram of the support along with the characteristics of the equipment with the various frequencies. This will allow us to choose the most suitable dumper, with the most appropriate rubber hardness.
TR type stroke end dumpers
The āTRā type stroke end dumpers consist of a vulcanised rubber thickness plus a metal plate specifically treated for rubber-metal adhesion. In addition, one of their characteristics consists in the possibility of achieving rapid locking of a moving part, given that, at the moment of impact, the entire surface of the rubber enters into action immediately.
Like the āTPā stroke end dumpers, this type of anti-vibration dumpers can also be used as a support for instruments or machines that must be positioned on the floor or other surfaces.
We recommend you send us a diagram of the support along with the characteristics of the equipment, to allow us to select the most suitable anti-vibration dumper.
